Not every case can be saved.
Anyone claiming a hundred per cent success rate is not being straight with you. We fail on some cases too — and then it costs you nothing and the medium goes back free of charge. What we can say: if we cannot do it, probably nobody can.

All common wallets — software wallets on phones, Macs and PCs as well as hardware wallets.

Yes. We have been repairing electronics since 2002 and specialise in retrieving data from seemingly destroyed devices.
How do the funds get back to me?
After the recovery you receive a list of the tokens we found. Only after your approval do we send 80 % to a wallet you name.
Where is my data processed?
Exclusively in our lab in Frankfurt am Main, on encrypted local servers. Nothing is outsourced.
Why a different pricing model here?
Because with crypto wallets the uncertainty about the outcome weighs particularly heavily. In these cases we carry the risk and bill only on success — all other data recovery stays on the diagnosis tariff and fixed price.
