How long does the repair take?
We complete many repairs the same day. More complex cases such as a grinder repair usually take 1–3 working days.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can come to our repair centre in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen without an appointment.
My machine will not turn on — what causes that?
Common causes are a faulty power circuit, water damage or an electronics problem. The diagnosis shows what exactly is wrong.
Is a repair worth it at all?
Often your machine simply needs a proper service — and that is almost always cheaper than a new appliance.

Yes. Insured shipping is possible across the EU; please pack securely and send it insured.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, up to one year. Wear parts are covered for a shorter period.
