We examine the device. If the repair turns out more expensive than expected, we come back to you with a diagnosis first.

We repair after your approval — and your device comes back. Nothing is repaired without your go-ahead.

Four things help us handle your device without having to ask. After you submit the form you will receive an email with the shipping instructions.
- We need the lock code or PIN — without it we cannot work on the device.
- Deactivate “Find My” on Apple devices beforehand.
- Describe the fault briefly, including any previous repair attempts.
- Pack it securely (ideally the original packaging) and ship it insured.
Bring it in or send it to us.
No appointment needed in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen — or insured shipping across the EU. The diagnosis tells you what needs doing before anything is repaired.
