As a rule, yes. Back it up beforehand anyway, and state in the form if your data absolutely must be preserved.

As an Apple Independent Repair Provider (since 2021) we work with matching parts and procedures. The diagnosis tells you up front what is possible.
How long does a tablet repair take?
Many standard repairs are done quickly; the time depends on the fault and part availability. We give you a time frame with the diagnosis.
Do I have to provide the lock code?
Yes — without the lock code or PIN we cannot test the device. On Apple devices, deactivate “Find My” beforehand.
