Can I get a repair done if I do not speak German?
Yes. This site is available in English, and you can describe the fault in English when you send in a device. Our team will come back to you with a diagnosis and a quote before any work starts.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk into our repair centre in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen during opening hours. Repairs by post are possible as well.
What does a repair cost?
It depends on the diagnosis. You always receive a quote first, and we only repair after you approve it. There are no fixed prices published, because the same symptom can have very different causes.
I do not live in Frankfurt. Can I ship my device?
Yes. Insured shipping works across the EU. Pack the device securely, include a short description of the fault, and add the unlock code — without it we cannot test the device.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, up to 12 months on the work we carry out. Wear parts are covered for a shorter period.
