Do you repair kids’ audio boxes like the Toniebox or tigerbox?
Yes. Kids’ audio boxes are an everyday case for us — a tired battery, a broken charging port, cracked glass and falls from child height. Instead of buying new, we repair the device.
Is it worth repairing an old iPod?
Often yes. Battery, click wheel, headphone jack and dock connector are wear parts, and on the iPod classic we swap the sticking hard drive for flash storage — with more capacity than from the factory if you like.
Do you repair premium headphones too?
Yes — broken headband or hinge, a cable or jack break, one channel with no sound, a dead battery or ANC that no longer works. On over-ears it is especially worthwhile, because you keep the sound you are used to.
Are audio stories, pairings and settings preserved?
As a rule yes. Back up your music library beforehand anyway — and if the device has to be reset, we tell you in advance.
Do you repair single AirPods or only the set?
It is best to bring the complete set including the charging case — many faults only show up in interplay. What actually needs replacing is decided by the diagnosis.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes — up to 12 months on the parts we replace or repair. Wear parts may be covered for a shorter period.
