How long does the repair take?
We complete many repairs the same day. More complex cases usually take 1–3 working days.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk into our repair centre in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen without an appointment.
My e-scooter will not turn on — what causes that?
Common causes are a faulty battery, water damage or an electronics problem. The diagnosis shows what exactly is wrong.
What does the diagnosis cost?
If a repair is impossible or uneconomical, only a diagnostic fee applies — proper disposal is then free of charge.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes, up to one year. Batteries and wear parts are covered for a shorter period.
I do not live in Frankfurt — can I ship it?
Yes. Insured shipping is possible across the EU; please send it in its original packaging.
Will my scooter still be splash-proof after the repair?
